We're Hiring!

Our manager of the past 3 years, Amber, has moved to the East Coast and now we are looking for a new Market Manager for the 2026 season!

The Market Manager is responsible for setting up and running the weekly farmers market, managing communication with vendors, documenting financial transactions and leading the promotion of the market.  The complete scope of the Manager’s duties is linked below.

On average, the job is expected to occupy a total of 15-20 hours per week during the market season between April and November, with the market operating May-October.  Additional hours, for attendance of meetings or other work requested by the board outside of the contracted time period (April-Nov), will be reimbursed on an hourly basis.

The market season runs from the beginning of May through the end of October, and includes 26 markets.  The market operates from 9am-1pm on Sundays.  The manager should expect to be occupied from roughly 7am-2pm on market days.  Scheduling for the administrative portion of the Manager’s job is entirely flexible, as long as it is handled in a timely manner and deadlines are met.  The Manager is also expected to attend monthly board meetings (either in-person or via Zoom).
